Evolve Creative is a female-founded agency, established by 23-year-old entrepreneur Jordan Tan in January 2025. Driven by her ambition for creativity, problem-solving, and using technology to create meaningful connections, Jordan’s journey to founding Evolve Creative is shaped by her diverse industry experiences, academic pursuits and dedication to innovation.
The agency combines Jordan’s technical expertise from her Computer Science degree, business acumen as a full-time content creator, creative experience managing one of Perth’s top photography studios, and strong interpersonal skills developed over six years in hospitality, into an all-encompassing agency.
